This Master Bathroom was seriously lacking the luxury the client was dreaming of. The previous space consisted of a large garden tub, a poorly placed linen tower, single vanity and a shower stall the size of a small closet. By building in a closet where the shower was to be dedicated specifically to linens, we were able to remove the existing linen tower to achieve a yours & mine vanity set up.
Where the tub previously was, we raised the height of the windows to create an expansive shower with everything they loved about hotel showers, right in their own home, and with the addition of their property views. For privacy, we frosted the left and right sides of the bay to keep light in the space (one of their favorite features of the previous space)and added a waterproof curtain to block off the window when necessary, while keeping the views accessible.
